Rare Earth oversized florals

The Rare Earth oversized floral stamps provide stamps that can be used for large projects or can act as a focal point. There are other lovely flowers which can be used on their own or to build up an arrangement. I really like the set of background stamps and there are also useful flourishes and a variety of sentiments to complete the sets. I think the stamps work well together and below are some cards I have made using the stamps.
I used the Rare Earth reaction inks for the background. I love the way they mix together and can be used in so many ways. The mat layer is one of the oversize stamps stamped in green onto green card. The reaction inks come with matching card which helps to co-ordinate the design. I used the lovely flourishes over the background and stamped the lovely rosebud in white before adding inks.

You can see the reaction inks featured again in the background, Again I stamped in white and added colour and some of the flourishes.

I love the foxgloves. They were coloured with alcohol inks.

Here I used a mixture of the background stamps and flowers stamped in white to create the background. The reaction inks were added afterwards and colour used to highlight the flowers.

here I used part of the over-sized stamp, stamped in pink on white card. The background used the lovely script background over the reaction inks.

This card was made using the flowers with the background script and the reaction inks. I love the font used for the sentiments.

One of the over-sized stamps was stamped in green over the reaction inks. I used inks for the roses and fussy cut them to layer them onto the card.

I stamped the rose over the reaction into, colored the rose and highlighted it with a glitter felt pen.

The daisy was stamped and I used a mask to protect it while adding the reaction inks.

I just stamped the foxgloves in a darker pink over the reaction inks. Water was sprayed onto the inks and lifted with kitchen towel to give this effect.

The background was stamped with one of the larger stamps at the top and bottom section of the card. You can see I had fun splattering the pink ink around the flower. I used water-colour card to achieve this look.

You can see I really love th foxgloves. I stamped them in white then added pink and purple inks to highlight them.
This design was created on water-colour card. The flowers were stamped in white, painted with the inks. I then  masked the flowers and dipped in the reaction inks, which were spritzed with water on a glass mat.

I used sections of the background stamps over the reaction inks and then stamped the lovely roses, adding some colour to highlight the roses.

I used some of the background stamps and oversize floral outlines on this canvas. The flowers were created with three layers of card cut with Tattered Lace dies and I used some texture paste to give it more interest.
