Fay`s studio - wandering with wildlife

I as delighted when I found that Fay`s Studio designs have been made into stamps. The designs are delightful and feature wildlife hand drawn by wildlife artist Fay Miladowska. The designs feature the habitat where the animal lives and are very intricate  Cards made with these designs could be used for so many occasions and are not gender specific. I really love the designs and had great pleasure in trying them out.
I used ink for the background and added colour to highlight the features.

I stamped the swan onto acetate and coloured the acetate at the back. For the swan I used Pebeo mixed media paint.

I love this image of the horse. i stamped in pink over an inky background and then re-stamped part of the horse using black.

I used pencil crayon for the puffin picture.

I stamped over some distressed inks and added some glitter pen to the feathers.

This is a combination of inks, alcohol pens and crayons.

I used a mixture of water colours, alcohol markers, crayons and used a white gel pen marker to highlight areas on the kingfisher.

The duck was mostly coloured with pencil crayons.

I created an autumnal look but you could make it any season you choose.

I used pencil crayons and alcohol markers for the cat.

I used a previous background stamp I have from Rare Earth to get the fur effect background. I used several colours to get this effect.

I stamped the frog onto acetate and coloured behind the acetate before mounting it on card. The frog was painted using a pearlescent colour.

A closer view of the frog.

The Canadain goose was also stamped onto acetate
